I am male of 45. I have dentures in front lower jaw. I want to dental implant. Is courtical implant is better? Best doctor in India? Charges for one teeth and duration of treatment?

Should you be worried about the cost if you want the best doctor in India???? Whether a cortical implant is better for your case or not is best evaluated by a clinical examination and a few X-rays and is better judgement of the person who has seen the case physically.
Duration of the treatment also depends upon the type of implant chosen and the quality of your own bone. Some of the basal implants can be loaded immediately while other implants can take up to 4 to 5 months for osseointegration. Please search for a dentist at a location which is feasible for making multiple visits. Practo can be a good search engine for the same.
