If the yellow stains are extrinsic they can be removed by a procedure called as scaling.
If the stains are intrinsic bleaching of the teeth will be required to lighten them.
In either case the best treatment options can be suggested only after a proper clinical evaluation to identify the exact cause of the discoloration.
