IF ITS A 1)WISDOM TOOTH (i) NOT A VERY DEEP CAVITY WE CAN FILL IT WITH TOOTH COLOUR FILLING. (ii) DEEP CAVITY THEN EXTRACTION 2) ITS A SECOND LAST MOLAR (i) SMALL CAVITY CAN BE FILLED (ii) DEEP CAVITY REQUIRES A ROOT CANAL TREATMENT

Hello First an x ray is required for the cavity And if it's not deep then you can go for a filling and if it is deep then rct has to be done
