Tooth and Mouth Problems

I'm suffering from white tounge even though I brush 2 times every day. What are the reasons and it can cure?

For about two weeks now, starting off mild and barely noticeable but has progressively gotten worse and is now unbearable, i have had pain in my upper right teeth/gums, bridge of nose, right inner ear and generally around the whole lower/central right side of my face. I have been to the dentist and nothing is wrong with my teeth. I have taken paracetamol/codine regularly for the past three days (unable to take ibuprofen as i am allergic) but the pain is getting worse and pain killers aren’t help

I want to clean my teeths .... and i need treatment in one day only ... kindly reply with quote ... perferd today appointment

My teeth are broke up into the pieces in slow and have a black lining on my teeth near the gums and have a piece of mass near the last teeth of my mouth which irritate me can have any solution of it and I can't brush it up by simply brushing what can I do now plz suggest the formula of brushing and toothpaste or any other medicine for it.

All my teeth hurt so bad! Last night I woke up because of the pain. I just got a temporary filling done in one tooth in the top row..why do all my teeth in the bottom row hurt so much? The pain stops just because of the painkillers.. Otherwise it's a constant ache :(
