Sr I have front two teeth are longer than other so I want to cut them and filling the gap between them is it possible if yes then tell me what will be its cost

I was a tobacco addict. I did chew tobacco for almost 7 years ciagrette, gutka and all. Now I've quit everything and would like to clean my teeth. I am not sure whether the yelloish teeth is because of tobacco stains or water effect. I am not visiting to any dentist because I am afraid as they will clean them on a temporary basis not on permanent basis. I already visited some dentist. They suggested me to go for bleaching . I am on doubt whether it will work 100 % or partially

I have noticed a black line on the inner side of my cheek.. it goes horizontally and seems to line up with the teeth.. i searched up on linea alba, but mine is black.. any clues as to what this is?
