Hello. Few days back I consulted renowned dentist for orthodontic treatment. He suggested extraction of 4 premolar teeths (cass 1 malocclusion) due to over crowding of my teeth. But my family members are not agreeing for extraction method of treatment due to its side effects. So I need suggestion for orthodontic treatment without 4 teeth extraction. Ok with 2 teeth extraction? Protrusion of my teeth also not highly visible but as day passing teeth protruding more. Worrying, what to do. Help me out. Thank you. Awaiting for kind suggestions.

No pain after the second sitting of root canal but pain is occurring after the 3rd sitting. My doctor told to wait for some days but I'm still confused. The pain is little similar to the earlier pain when it was there on the same teeth before the treatment. What can be the reason or is it normal or because of another teeth? Also attaching the x-ray . The first teeth is the old root canal teeth and the second one is causing problem.
