Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have braces and my treatment is about to end. I have noticed black triangles in between 3 lower teeth. It is not visible wen i talk. My doctor says it is up to me to close the gaps by cutting the teeth or leave the gaps ie black triangles as it is. I am confused wat to do. Will there be any problems after cutting? My doctor says it's ok to leave the gaps as it is. Will there be problems in future if I don't cut now and leave the space? If yes then wat problems will i face after braces are removed. Wat do u recommend i should do?

My teeth is not normal since birth. So i want to thesw teeth to be nornal and smiling freedomly without hasitation

2 years ago, my caninve tooth was fallen so dentist removed tge teeth backing the canince teeth as well. Now it's paining and the gum is paining as well.

Last 2weeks I have sores in mouth exactly in lower lip inside, initially I thought it's like body heat or ulcers. But it's not cure still. I had becasuls tablet as well. Please suggest why...?

From today morning I am experiencing a sharp pain in my front four teeth in the lower jaw, not too intense but sometimes I feel like biting a cloth to reduce the pain. I have inflammation in front of my teeth which is affected by pain.. as well as I can see a white line inside my gums.. i guess my gums are receding..during my last appointment with a dentist... I have gone to two doctors and a dentist and they all dont seem worried. I try to gargle apple cider vin. with water twice a day, i also smoke. I dont have very good insurance right now so i cant go to an ENT. Should I be worried? I just dnt understand why it hasnt gone away. I also have allergies, Post nasal drip
