First i fell down and my lips got hurt very badly by my teeth went to my lips and bleeded lot nd it became like two small holes after that to tat holes ulcer were attacked

It's an emergency. You may need repairing of your and assessment of your status of teeth. For symptomatic treatment take tab zerodol-p 1 tab two times daily, and as u are suffering from fever it means infection has taken place. Take tab clavum 625 mg 1 tab three time daily for 5 days.
