Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am having pain in my left most teeth gums.I often get it whenever I have cold.Right now I am feeling mild pain in my ear as wel.Whenever I take pain killers I observe ringing in my ears.Please help what can be done in this case.

Pain in teeth and Gums for more than 2 days. need you help if you can suggest some medicine.

To Dentist Fraternity, I had permanent braces, at the age of 22 for 2 years. But Now, I am at 30 years old & I believe some of the teeth are getting relapsed. Few of them have returned to the previous shape. I am afraid, it should not completely come back. Shall I go for replaceable/impermanent braces? or Will it bound to happen in all cases?Plzhlp

Hi, I has multile tooth in which I can feel cold while even gargling with plain water also I want to have bristles to get my teeths straight. Since my age is now 27 so is it possible to have bristles now and if yes what will be the time and budget required for it.
