A young kid(8years)with a history of grossly decayed 54...the previous doctor done temporary fillings...and after one month came to our clinic with granulation tissue filled out the decayed part,easily bleeds when probing...what will be the treatment plan???

Bad breath
Im have bad breath since 4 months , 1 month back i removed my braces after 1 year period. I tried all kind of mouthwashes , scrapping tongue. I got 3 times cleaning done in 2 months. When i wipe my inside tongue with finger , it smells like poop. What can i do? :(

Pain in gum.
I have gap in 2nd tooth in upper jaw left side. For that food particles penetrated there, as of that pain in gum -tooth junction. The left tooth of this tooth had been extracted 8 years ago.
If I eat any finer enriched food, then it creates problem and pain.
