Hi, I can see some bump or bubbles type red-pink substances present in inner tounge. But I am not feeling any pain for it. Sometimes I can feel ear pain and feel like something stuck in my throat. I used to take cigarettes and tobacco. Is this cancer symptoms or any reason for this. Please suggest

I am wondering what are the beat practice for teeth cleaning... I have been to a dentist who only used a manual dental tool to scrape deposits off from my teeth one by one. For the others, I also went to one using a powerful hand tool that made a loud noise (maybe an automatic scraper). I don’t know much about detal tool but really curious to hear if there is any clear benefits using one versus the other?
