I am assuming you mean Angular Cheilitis. You can apply any analgesic/anesthetic gel like Mucopain or Dentogel or Dologel for temporary relief. However, you still need to consult a dentist to determine the cause of infection (bacterial/viral/fungal) and get a prescription accordingly.
