My wife has been having mouth ulcers regularly the past couple of weeks and then suddenly 2 days ago it exploded into around 15 or 20 all at once ... please help. Could be herpes related ? Slightly Swollen lymph nodes..

As i am bleeding through my gums since month. From each and everywhere. I did not had any close combat, but it’s happening naturally. It happens while brushing teeth and now a days it happens anytime a day. Due to that i have bad breathe. And sometimes during breakfast i am not able to eat anything spicy. I smoke menthol cigarettes somewhat around 4-5 cig on weekday and about 12-15 cig during weekend.
