Yes. You do not need to live with this condition.
Two options:
1. Orthodontics or clipping (braces): From the photo that you have posted, only movement of teeth may not be sufficient to close the open bite.
Newer advances in Orthodontics use Temporary Anchorage Devices, which have shown promising results.
2. Orthognatic surgery:
If the open bite is due to bones (upper and lower jaws), then surgical correction is to be planned.
Braces treatment is usually needed before and/ or surgery.
