Open bite and extraction of tooth(permen
Good evening doctor There are 3 mains issue I would want to highlight and would need a opinion on. Would be obliged if you take out the time and answer them (1) My front teeth perfectly meet but the back teeth due not meet properly. The dentist mentioned some open bite thing which would cause me difficulty in chewing. She said she would put aligners for amount a year and I would achieve the perfect bite. (2) My 2 milk teeth and not fallen but the permanent teeth have developed in the bone. As per her either we put braces for 1.5-2 years to pull the these 2 teeth. Or get them extracted right now or about after 1 year when I finish my aligners and put artificial tooth there. (3) One of my permanent tooth has developed in a slanted way inside the bone and she thinks in the future it would spoil other teeth and hence should be removed and a FALSE tooth must be put there. Please advise on ALL ISSUES

It's important to consult with a qualified dentist or orthodontist for personalized advice based on your specific circumstances. Open Bite and Aligners: An open bite occurs when the upper and lower teeth do not meet properly when the mouth is closed. This can indeed affect your ability to chew and may cause other issues over time. Aligners, such as Invisalign, are often used to correct various dental misalignments, including open bites. They work by gradually moving your teeth into their desired positions. The treatment duration can vary, but the dentist's estimate of around a year for aligner treatment sounds reasonable. It's important to follow your dentist's recommendations and attend regular appointments during your treatment. Retained Milk Teeth and Braces vs. Extraction: When permanent teeth begin to erupt but there are still retained baby teeth in place, it can lead to alignment issues. Your dentist has suggested two options: orthodontic treatment (braces) to create the necessary space for the permanent teeth, or extracting the retained baby teeth. The choice between these options may depend on various factors, including the specific condition of your teeth, your age, and your overall dental health. It's a good idea to discuss the pros and cons of each option with your dentist or orthodontist to make an informed decision. Slanted Permanent Tooth and Extraction: If a permanent tooth has erupted in a slanted position, it could potentially cause problems with your bite and overall dental alignment. Your dentist's recommendation to extract the misaligned tooth and replace it with a false tooth (likely a dental implant or a bridge) might be aimed at preventing future issues and maintaining the health of your other teeth. Extraction and replacement with a prosthetic tooth is a common approach for cases where a tooth's position could compromise dental health. Ultimately, the best course of action for your dental concerns will depend on your individual situation, your goals, and your dentist's professional assessment. It's important to have a detailed discussion with your dentist or orthodontist to fully understand your options, the expected outcomes, and any potential risks or benefits associated with each treatment plan. If you're unsure about any of the recommendations, seeking a second opinion from another qualified dental professional can also be beneficial.

Kindly visit a dentist/orthodontist for physical evaluation and treatment. Proper treatment planning after photographs, impressions, x rays required. In my opinion, better to go with traditional braces.
Next Steps
Visit a local orthodontist for physical evaluation and treatment.

It would be really helpful to judge your case if you could attach your OPG. (1) as suggested by your dentist a posterior open bite will cause difficulty in chewing. So orthodontics is advised. But for an open bite I would advise to go for traditional braces rather than Aligners (2) better to have the impacted ones pulled down (3) Attach an OPG as without seeing it’s difficult to judge
