Hello ma'am,
It will be approximately a 30 to 45 minute appointment in which you will be anesthetized so the treatment will not be painful.
After couple of hours you can eat and talk as well, and continue your daily routine.
The cost I'll be able to tell you after looking at the Xray but since it is lower third molar it will probably cost around 4k to 5k.

As i can see that your diagnosis is pericoronitis its an indication that you should get your wisdom tooth removed ASAP it may lead to further infection of your lower jaw. Any oral and maxillofacial surgeon can do the job. Its not at all painful if the procedure is done with a good planning. Depening on your city any wer ranging from 2k-5k. If you are too concernd then pay a little more and go for a piezosurgery which ensures you no pain.
