Really bad toothache
I am having my tooth taken out in 2 days but the pain is so bad it hurts all of the right side of my face. I have been taking paracetamol and ibuprofen but they stopped working a few days ago. I have used a few of my husbands strong pain killers but they aren't prescribed for me and he needs them. I was wondering if i can take 4 ibuprofen to see if that works

Consult with a dentist
Online now
Please see a dentist immediately and get the problem diagnosed. Pain killers will only relieve the pain for a short time and will not act on the source of infection. The pain will not subside until the source of infection/pain is diagnosed and treated. Your tooth might require a root canal or if it is in a very bad position, it may have to be removed. It might be another issue altogether.
Next Steps
Look for a dentist in your vicinity and get treated immediately. So many pain killers will damage your system.
