Tooth and Mouth Problems

These marks aren’t like raised sore the and they don’t really hurt they just look terrible and I’m freaking out, they’re patchy red marks on the sides of my throat in the back

I chewed tobacco for abt 3 yrs in my schoo.l days.and since last 1 yr am smoking around 7-9 cigarettes a day. Some pimple like things appeared a few years ago, however not exactly pimples and i ignored it as it was not causing problems..but now a days from last 1 month or so i find some bleeding when i go to brush and use plastic tongue cleaner. Is there any problem

I have problem of tonsil stones. I feel that something is there in my sole irritating me all the time. I found some of the solution by removing them with tooth pick . But after some days they come again. I need a permanent solution Can you help me ??
