Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have deep bite ,crowded teeth and I want to move my upper row teeth little bit forward

Hi, I'm in Dubai and I'm travelling back on 19th, I am troubled by toothache and it's wisdom tooth pain. The pain is so bad that I'm not able to open my jaw. Please help me with some medicines before I get proper consultation in india

I have had this extra tooth since my childhood, I put a crown on it in 2006 and dentist told me, it will come out within an year and we shall apply it again. But till this date, the crown is intact. If there is a scope of cosmetic surgery to remove this mesioden tooth, then please advise me.

My father, had of bitten his cheeks while asleep many time, few weeks ago he had slight growth (not tumor sort of) on his cheeks with an Angular cut till his lower lip with white patches on top. He was given medicines and some mouthwash after that there is definitely some improvement but slow and white patches are almost gone. We have sent it for biopsy as well, will get report within 10 days. It's painless and doesn't bless. No pain in neck or ears, no hoarseness and does not bleed.

I have some white skinny thing above my last teeth, is it something that i need to worry about?

I have severe mouth ulcers at present. This problem has been continuos for the past 1 year. I am a banker and my stress level is low since i work in administratative office. i have consulted almost 5 doctors during the past 1 year ranging from dentists. ent doctots etc... followed all the medicines including b12 vitamin tablets... i started avoiding oily food spicy food and used to take lot of fruits... but still my ulcers keep on coming... i am not able to eat food. not able to concentrate on my job... since its cold outside my lips get dry and pain is horrible... So i hereby request you to what best traetment i can take in order to get rid of these ulcers.. plz hrlp me Anf also plz suggest me which doctor i need to consult or shud i need to do any test to check if there is any possibility of cancer plz help me doctor..
