My personal opinion and preference is to remove that tooth. Usually partially erupted 3rd molar has no action on chewing. Consult with a oral surgeon.

It seems either the third molar has a cavity or it is impacted i.e. It has not erupted. An x ray will be taken prior to the treatment. Depending on the accessibility the dentist might plan to either do a filling or extract the tooth.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist asap.
Health Tips
Visit a dentist every 6 months for a check up.
