Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have been with swollen gums for close to 10years now what do I do about it pls

I am 17 years old and i want consultation about braces for my teeth . I want to get all the details about the braces like cost , duration , etc. I also want to know about payment methods and i will appreciate if i can get EMI option for payment. I also want to get the assurance of results in this treatment. Rest i will talk to the doctor itself either on a phone call or face to face.

While brushing my teeth blood comes from my mouth in regular basis black spots are also formed on teeth

I have gap in front portion of my teeth can you please suggest me a quick way to fill this gap
