Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello doc Before one and half month my tongue alone burning. I went to ent doctor, he examined my whole mouth and said everything is clear, burning is due to vitamin deficiency. He gave vitamin tablet, that time I had a gas trouble problem also. so he gave acidity tablet for one month, now course was fully over now the burning is rectified but when I ate spicy or oilly food I have mild tongue irritation. My question is, is this normal? can I leave as it is? If I leave any major problem will be in future or should I go to doctor? If yes whom do I want to visit (specilization) pls reply as soon as possible.

My teeth are getting pigmented.I  thoroughly brush daily but I am getting this problem...Please provide a remedy for this

I have a hole in ma teeth Whenever I eat ma food the food particles will settle the and day by day the hole is becoming big
