My tooth has been aching on and off. It was aching a little 2 days ago and not now. I did some salt water gargles in hot water. While doing that, I was feeling the water as extra hot. Now I don't have ache but am wondering if I still need check Up

Half a week ago, I had a very painful toothache, the next day, the side of my nose on the left had been sore for a day then it started to swell. I been taking amoxicillin 875mg tablets like my doctor told me to. I been doing ice pack routines since it felt like it helped the pain of both the swelling and toothache. I have noticed the swelling gone down for a day but it came back the next day. I'm confused to if this is really working.

I'm 25 Sir,i had no pain on my teeth but i visited for teeth cleaning for first time.after cleaning dentist recommended for fillings in my teeth as she found caries and it was 6 of fillings required.She filled my two wisdom up and down and 7th molar down on left.On right she filled 7th up and down and 6th up and said it will stay 1 or 2 year.
