Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a very large cavity in my tooth with no pain. The cavity is there for more than 15 years. Sometimes it bleeds very rarely. Here is the tooth cavity picture for your analysis. How do I proceed on my tooth.

My gums are receding, probably because of the braces. I am using ghee to massage after meals and using salt water as well.Still it is receding day by day.

Ive had partial numbness on my right cheek, right upper lip, and right upper gums. There is also pain on the teeth in the right upper jaw especially the incisor next to the canine. The canine had been extracted about20 years ago.The pain exacerbates with a cold drink. The affected areas feel soft and bloated even though there is no actual swelling.
