I am having tounge pain from morning & While touching the tounge I feel something like a pimple. Kindly let me know for what this is

I was suffering from cold and then took cetrizine and dolo650...Now my tooth is aching...Please advise if I can take a painkiller

I clench my teeth in the night and I have pain in my jaws once in 3-4 months which stays for a few days and the pain goes off. Pls suggest what to do.

I had pain on the side of my tongue  a month or two back. Since then I keep rubbing my tongue below my gums just put pressure an check if the pain continues. It's psychological and even if the pain is not there I'll keep rubbing my tongue. And searching about it on the internet just scares me more and psychologically makes me rub my tongue more.
