Tooth and Mouth Problems

Ive had partial numbness on my right cheek, right upper lip, and right upper gums. There is also pain on the teeth in the right upper jaw especially the incisor next to the canine. The canine had been extracted about20 years ago.The pain exacerbates with a cold drink. The affected areas feel soft and bloated even though there is no actual swelling.

I'm 24 age old I have some gap between two front teeth I have to solve that problem so let me know is there any treatment in dentel level and how much cost level
