Tooth and Mouth Problems

In childhood I fell down from 1st floor of my house and my chin broke out. The doctor did not do his work well and disturbed my chin and jaw. At this time my chin is not straight and I can't open my mouth full. I am 23 now can I go for an operation or surgery. Can I hope any improvement.

I am 44yrs old. At the age of 14 one of my 1st molar tooth from right side lower jaw has extracted . It causes deviation and facial asymmetry . what treatment will help me and where do I get treatment for this problem? Please help me.

I have had jaw pain and clicking and popping when opening and closing my mouth. I went to the immediate care place and they said i have TMJ, but did nothing for me. I then went to my dentist where they also did nothing for me, but said to come back next week and they will fit me for a mouth guard. No one has tried to figure out where the TMJ has stemmed from. I got my RCT Done for my left teeth n replacement with artificial teeth was done yesterday but am not able to chew food properly .just am swallowing .my feeling is that the replaced teeth is higher than the other side teeth due to which am nt able to chew from right side also..
