Tooth and Mouth Problems

I’m having 2 canker sores and these sores are on its 7th day of existence. There is no pain when eating or drinking. Only pain when pressed or opening my mouth

Today morning I noticed little areas having black lining on gums. Is it something i should worry about

I hv small bump on roof of mouth more the 2 weeks in starting its red colour but now its skin colours its not visible but whn i touch some  knot typ I feel I hv pain in my jaw also

I regularly brush my teeth twice a day, i also do flossing regularly but still my bad breath exists, how to completely eliminate bad breath...

Hello Sir, I got a filling done in my molar few months back because it got broken from top little bit. Today filling came out and after doing brush it started bleeding a lot. Tho it's not paining right now. Being that molar,in the other tooth I got root canalling done, but that tooth is fine. But I want to know what should I do and how fast I should consult a dentist?

I have a problem of tooth ache and doctor injected some pain killer and after that for 2 days I'm feeling drowsy week and can't concentrate .is this one of the side effect?
