3M Glass ionomer
I've recently got my cavities filled with glass ionomer . Doctor said it's 3M quality and will serve better.
I want to ask how long will this fillings last on between of my molar surface.

No company gives a written warranty of duration for which filling will last.. it depends on many factors like the technique, whether it was done properly or not... then your maintainence ...cleaning, habit of tobacco chewing etc... if u bite accidentally something hard from that side then it may fracture.. so nothing can be said with a guarantee but generally life of a good filling lasts approx 5-8yrs...
