Severe tooth pain since wisdom teeth is coming out. Please suggest remedy and pain killer. Do we need to visit a doctor. Or is it possible to deliver a medicine at our house

I fell down and there is a tooth indent on my lips. For few days it was swollen, after applying Ice and heat it's back to normal.
