Tooth and Mouth Problems

My front tooth is covered with a dark yellowish layer back side of tooth, it looks akward even though it's not visible I feel very uncomfortable to look that. Please suggest a solution to remove those stains or later whatever it's is.

I got my incisive lateral left and right teeth number 7 and 10 grinded or contoured for a perfect smile but the right one was contoured from side and bottom where a little gap is now seen and the teeth has become sensitive for even for air ..please help me out..i m not able to smile and laugh to because of sensitivity after shaping..it's become nightmare everyday ..please give me a permanent solution for it please please..

There is a white patch on my gums below teeth. It is irritating. What should I do.

I've got 6 filling on my molar biting surface. all are GIC filling . The dentist cost me 500 per each fillings. I'm worried how long will it going to stay in my teeth. My tongue always worried of loosing fillings its been a month but I'm still worried. I know there are different quality of GIC which varies as per cost. But as they've cost me 500 what would be the life of my GIC fillings . Pls help.
