Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have had jaw pain and clicking and popping when opening and closing my mouth. I went to the immediate care place and they said i have TMJ, but did nothing for me. I then went to my dentist where they also did nothing for me, but said to come back next week and they will fit me for a mouth guard. No one has tried to figure out where the TMJ has stemmed from. Should I go to the ER so they might actually refer me to someone who can help me? My cheek is very swollen and i can barely open my mouth

I got my RCT Done for my left teeth n replacement with artificial teeth was done yesterday but am not able to chew food properly .just am swallowing .my feeling is that the replaced teeth is higher than the other side teeth due to which am nt able to chew from right side also..

I am having a cavity on lower jaw 2nd last tooth.it is broken from the back edge.I had got the filling done on September 2016.The filling is there but one edge is broken.It is not painful but sensitive to hot/cold.Food gets stuck.I had 2 RCT's and scared for the 3rd one.Is there any other way to cure this?I had got x-ray done and was suggested RCT.
