Tooth and Mouth Problems

If I take water in mouth just after taking tea, can it cause any harm to my teeth? If yes then after how much time I can take water.

I have got cavities in my molars..when i eat something it goes into those cavities and then pain starts in my teeth ..plz let me know what to do with it...

Pain only on tooth but not in gums, pain generates only when I chew something hard from there. Nothing unusual visible on tooth either. Please advice Doctors! Thanks in advance.

Reoccurring red spot on the tip of my tongue for the past 2 months. It is painless and it comes back to the same spot every single time. It comes back small and grows bigger, goes away for 2 weeks and comes back again. It is about the size of a US dime.

I was having small single canker sore, which was repeated in nature since 2 weeks. Actually it was appear and settled in 1-2 days. I had consulted dentist and he has advised that due to intake on spicy and hot food, it appears as well as advice to avoid hot foods. Now the ulcer is not repeating but the sore has leaved a patch there,which is noticeable. How long it will go completely.

I went to the dentist on Friday because I was experiencing pain on my top right gum. She said my wisdom tooth is coming down and pushing all the rest of my teeth. I was tasting a weird taste . She prescribed me Clindamycin 4x a day for 10 days . After taking my 4th dose I noticed a metallic smell in my mouth that makes me want to vomit. Should I stop taking the pill or continue?
