Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have this really bad wisdom tooth ache in the right side of my mouth... I have been feeling feverish as well as having bad headache as well.. I wanted to know what medicine should I take and is the feverish feeling and headache due to this pain?

I am facing a problem of spreading ulcer inside my mouth at bottom right and upper side. Please tell me any home made treatment.

I am having a severe tooth ache. 2yrs back I had root canal for this tooth. During day I did not feel any pain but nights are worst. Hello there , it's been 50 days since I had bone grafting and Implants in my premaxilla after I met with an accident in September . Please clear all the clouds above my head . 1) what makes an implant unsuccessful ? 2) i keep my mouth hygiene by using mouthwash after every meal ...but i have the habbit if eating snacks between meals Is it really important to put mouthwash after everything I eat or any other way ? 3) what makes an implant successful and strong ?

It's about 3 mm Gap and 4 days ago I had mini screw implant for closing that gap. My dentist applied force there by implant but still I do not see any teeth movement towards closing gap. Does this implant really works or do I have tough gum tissue at that location ??
