Tooth and Mouth Problems

How much it will cost for each  tooth filling after cleaning in case of cavity decay. How long it will be there for next filling to be done.

I m suffering from recursive tongue ulcer. That's repeat in a month. It is very pain full and inflammatory.

My 5 year daughter is having rotting teeth. Should I get it root canal done or not. It may affect adult teeth shape so don't want to get it done. Any treatment in homeopathy etc.

I was told I probably have a vitamin deficiency. I can't remember a time when I didn't have canker sores in my mouth and often it gets severe going down my throat making it painful to swallow. They are never healing. If one goes away I have two more somewhere else either on the side of my mouth or my lips making it painful to eat, smile etc.. what vitamin deficiencies cause this and what should I be taking to heal them?
