Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello, I want to know how to rectify my lower jaw line, due to wisdom teeth my front tooth are mis mis alinged. Please have a look to attached pics. How much time it will take to get back to original alignment?

Recently i am seeing dark spot inside my mouth . Exactly left side of my cheek (Near wisdom teeth). But no irritation. Is it anything serious doctor??

I am getting some pain in my back teeths (molars) , also it has got black spot and lining inside. I do get such pain sometimes when I have lots of sweets in recent days, now a days I am having honey continuously to get rid of my cough problem almost since 2 months. Consumed around 900gm of honey easily in 2 months. Could that be the reason? How to bring back my teeth to spotless healthy state?
