I had ameloblastoma surgery 4 years ago and my bottom lip is cold all the time. How can I get it warm

The right side of my lips started going numb, now my whole lips are numb and no I haven’t been to the dentist

Now my teeth jaw pain too much n am take combiflame tablet but now effect so what is do tell me doctor
