Should we get tooth fillings for holes in teeth? Do they appear again if we get them filled? Are there any reasons to not get tooth fillings?

Hi I have started orthodontics treatment and it took 2.5 years to complete but after initial starting I.e 4 months doctor told me that I have severe front 2 teeth root resorption but he still insisted for further treatment while my root canal of front teeth was done after treatment there is still resorption I have done dental bridge for front teeth to save it there is also root resorption on bottom teeth which other doctor insisted that he has to repeat root canal on front and bottom teeth

My teeth blooding continuous please suggest you how to solve and what is treatment

I have had a history of recurring mouth ulcers and have been taking Folvite to control that. Off late the problem has begun again and it is very painful. Although they go away within a few days it still is a major discomfort. Please advise on a long term solution.
