How much is for complete setting incase if there are some germs. Can all the tooth done at the same time or need to do multiple setting each setting with 3 to 4 teeth?

Hello! I have one of my molars with white filling. Since last two days my lower jaw started paining. I can eat from that side, but to avoid any pain(I read somewhere) I am nt eating from that side. This molar has developed sensitivity, which has gone worst since last 12 hrs. In the morning had a shooting pain while having tea, that was up to my ear. In short the is shooting pain in between during day time, while having any cold-hot liquids and dull ache to the lower jaw and part of upper jaw.

I have pain and swelling in the left side of my mouth since 3 days. I went to a dentist to get it checked. He told me it is due to an impacted wisdom tooth and to get it removed to solve the problem. I do not want to get the Wisdom tooth removed. Everyone is saying that to take medicines until it gets fine. Is it alright to skip getting the wisdom teeth removed?
