Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am a khaini user for 8 years , past 5, or 6 days i noticed two small white spots on my lower gum, it doesn't hurt at all, can it be a cancer,thnx

I have been suffering from needle like gum pain since 16 years.I have visited a lot of doctor and undergone a large number of x-ray and opg but nothing was found.

Bump behind right lower molar. appears to be attached to gum and is the same color. wisdom teeth were removed 3-4 years ago. lump is fleshy and not hard.

I got braces when 13-14. The dental treatment wasn’t a success because the doc was not trained and I doidnt even wear plates as it felt uncomfortable. I am 22 right now and strongly feel the need to wear braces again as my canines stock out, looks like vampire’s teeth at times. Teeth from the left area stick while from right they are a little inside. In short, they are not in shape. If I go for braces treatment now, will it be successful in giving my teeth a shape? And how long will it take?

6 days back i have undergone dental surgery teeth removed and i had a one stitch with some black thread . doctor asked me to come after one week to remove that. just now i have seen it is not there in my mouth after lunch may be it came out and i swallowed while having lunch. plz tell me is it dangerous to swallow that black stitch tread suggest something what to do
