Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am 29 yrs old male and have tooth gap of  4mm.(02 nos gaps in upper jaw & 02 nos in lower jaw). This has been since childhood. I would like to know the best treatment possible in 6to 8 months. I had consulted a dentist who told me a treatment as- "use of tounge thrust appliance along with surgery supported braces first in lower jaw and then in upper jaw."

I am from Bangalore. Is it necessary to get braces to the whole upper and lower .or can I get braces to just front teeth

I had got lower braces 2 weeks ago to fix the gaps of the front teeth which includes an extruded teeth brought back to it's position by splinting for 6 months. I have a tendency to get mouth ulcers and have got a big apthous ulcer. I have asked the ortho to get the braces removed as these will keep coming. Will that destabilize my lower teeth set?

I have this hard bump in my tongue. I don't know if these two things are related but I've also had unusual marks appear near my breasts.

My two molars have crowns that need replacing. I am not in pain. X-rays confirm no abscess and there is no infection in either tooth...lower left 1st molar and lower left premolar. The treatment plan calls for root canal treatment on both teeth before new crowns to be fitted. Again, the tooths' nerves are not a problem currently. Current dentist wants to perform root canal now before fitting new crowns...before they could become problems. Are we being too hasty? Yay or nay to the root canals?

Hello, I am here to ask you about a possible sinus infection. I have had a bad cold since last Friday but on Monday I started getting this horrendous tooth pain in my upper back molars. I went to the doctors on Wednesday but they won't do anything to help with the pain. Ive been taking Ibroprofen, paracetamol, day nurse, night nurse and co-codomal but NOTHING is making it stop.
