When you know you have some pathology is there in your jaw bone . Then get it treated asap. Surgical removal is only the treatment plan. The longer you delay it eat away your bone landing up in very serious deformity. So consult a maxillofacial surgeon with your x-rays and reports and plan it out to get it removed.

If it's diagnosed as Ameloblastoma then there is no point delaying it. The tumor will eat away your bone and will spread to adjacent areas. Therefore it's better you have to surgically intervene immediately.
Ameloblastoma is benign but an aggressive tumour that will damage the surrounding bony structure. If it has been diagnosed as ameloblastoma, the best treatment approach would be to surgically excise the tumour immediately.
