There are different varieties of ulcers and they all have different causes. I understand that you are suffering from recurrent mouth ulcers on your tongue. Bcomplex alone cannot solve problems. You need specific treatment which can be only rendered after a proper diagnosis and treatment plan by a specialist in Oral Medicine Diagnosis. You will have to consult him. Or you may even Practo consult your problems.
