Abscess in mouth. Intense pain
I have had an abscess. My wisdom tooth was not pulled. It has since crumbled and fallen bit by bit. I have intense pain and I am not sure if I need urgent care or not.

Already you have mentioned you have an abscess in the wisdom tooth. So you should not wait any longer as the sepsis will spread to the rest of the body if left untreated and not good for your general well being. There should be No apprehension regarding extraction as most of the time the wisdom tooth develops various problems and warrants removal.

Hello sir, u have to go for extraction after an x-ray of tooth otherwise infection will spread to adjacent areas and nearby tooth roots  .kindly visit the dentist asap.
