Closing gaps post extraction

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am getting braces. Ortho has advised to extract 2 teeth (1st premolar lower jaw both sides) How long will it take to close these gaps? I am 24 years old female. Badly aligned teeth in upper jaw and lower jaw teeth are aligned ahead of upper jaw.

Hi keep faith in your dentist he must have advised you according to your condition only . Removing premolar is very common in patients where space is not available for alignment of teeth . Gap closure may take from 8 months to 15 months
