Tooth and Mouth Problems

Getting some white lines on my teeth please suggest how to get rid and is it safe to get the teeth cleaning by and dental care clinic.

Iv been suffering with mouth ulcers for nearly 6 weeks now. Just in the past 2 weeks Iv had ulcer after ulcer on my tongue - they’ve just about got better and then I got one on the inside of my mouth. They’ve healed and again it’s come up on the side of my tongue. One heals and another one comes up. So basically Iv had it with no space gap of no mouth ulcer at all!! I find it hard to eat, talk and to brush my teeth. Iv been gargling with salted water. Hope all this makes sense.

For the last 3-4 days my teeth are aching when I eat food , the pain is on my left side

I am 32 years old and diabetic. I have lost most of the teeth due to cavity. My dentist suggested to go for dental implant which would cost 2500 per tooth however when I check in the Internet it says that it will range between 25-75k. Is the implants this costly? If yes, how come my dentist can do it in 2500 INR?
