Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi i have small pimple on tip of tongue and whenever i eat anything i feel spicy only at that tip . The tip of tongue hurts and also have 2 canker sore bcoz of tooth extraction what is the medicine i can use.

I've been having mouth ulcer for a week and its really hurt. I have it at the upper and lower part of my lips and also at my cheeks near gums. Can you please help me to treat this. I take antibiotic such as amoxcilin. And i do mouthwash just to ease the pain for a while. Please help. Thankyou

I'm 20 years of age it's started my problem when I'm in 17 and my problem is Mt bad breath even I'm brushing my teeth thrice a day still I have a bad breath.
