I have pain in my jaw when i open my mouth or chew something. I cant go to a dentist because i deliever a baby right now so i want to know about any medicine which is cure it

I have single white line one side in my cheek left side please confirm it what's it mean

In an accident I got my mandible fractured..it can itself or have to be given a surgery.please suggest me something regarding this.
