I want to tell you that from 2 days my one site of tongue is paining I consulted nearby doctor he said this because calcium less so what should I do tell me

I had gap between front 2 teeth of about 5 mm. After having braces for 1.25 years i wore retainers 24/7 for 1 year. For the next 1.5 year (till the date) i am night wearing it. Still the gap comes back of about 1 mm if i miss wearing it for a night. Should i continue night  wearing it like this, but won't this moving apart and close of my teeth everyday make them weak? Or should i go for permanent retainer, but won't my teeth become dependant upon this support that if after several years i get them removed in future they would become weak?

It's paining now and little bit bleeding as well as it's uncomfortable when I close my mouth because it's cutting lower lip , slightly . I think it needs resizing in terms of length . Kindly , Suggest any medicine for above-mentioned formar problem.
