Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello doctor, I am suffering from severe tooth ache from last 2 days. I took 3 ketrodol dt 3 time in one day. But still I am suffering. The main problem is I m remote area where there is no dentist. Only a drug house. So please give me some advice. What I should take to get rid out of this pain.

Extreme pain in  Gum ,Decaying region of Tooth root .Pain started from three days . Pain reliefing medicine taken but not improvement seen.

Hi I recently had a RCT and the crown is not pasted properly though it look to come out as it is losses. I am unable to get treatment from same doctor for another 1 month. My question is would it be a safe that I can get a treatment after 1 month or do I need recement it as quickly as possible because I don't want to damage crown or my tooth.
