Tooth and Mouth Problems

My upper wisdom teeth is protruding out and Piercing my cheek.. The paining is more during swallowing or eating.. Is there any remedy..?

I am 23 year old female.and i am thinking about getting braces in my teeth. I have a question about that. If the braces can change the facial features? I have heard that braces can cause change in RM joint. Is this true?
