Tooth and Mouth Problems

There is a lot of pain on the right side of my mouth.. Lower and upper jaw. Both sides are paining.. I got my tooth filled but I dont think it has Been done correctly

Upper tooth are little apart from each other. Can it be joined? Is there any side effect at this age..kindly suggest us

I had a root canal first visit on Sunday however I'm in more pain today, my dentist saw me again yesterday and filed one of my teeth down but today my jaw is swollen and lymph node and I'm still in pain and pain killers don't work, is this normal? How can I get this all sorted asap? I can't see my dentist now until next week as she is on holiday

My mother is unable to open her jaws completely. She can only open her mouth about 80%. If she forcibly tries to open the mouth she feels some pain in back side of jaws(i guess at the joint). What is the problem? Which doctor should we see a dentist or an orthopedist?
